hi everyone...well I think that people was very desperated and scared with the earthquake, but I dont think that was a excuse for steal, because they stolen "plasmas" and washers and their reason was very stupid.
They should pay as a person that stole, I mean go to the jail. But I think that they getting fined is good too.
